This new market's "request-for-quote" system will allow asset owners to list individual, CRE-X-approved properties on the platform and to sell minority interests to other approved market participants. The supporting transaction infrastructure enables investors to quickly and inexpensively increase or reduce exposure to asset classes and markets and dynamically manage their portfolios. Investors' deal timelines and costs will be reduced to a fraction of traditional transactions.
